Product detailed description

Extremely energy efficient bistable switch with a quiescent current of only 120 nA, operating at 3.3V

The XL-10AL is a small 12.8 x 22.7 mm board with a highly energy efficient bistable switch that works with both 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers at a quiescent current of only 120-350 nA.

This board can switch surprisingly high currents up to 10A, but when the current exceeds a few amps, the voltage must be higher than 4.5V. At lower voltages, the MosFET can only handle small currents. If the current exceeds the transport capability of the MosFET, its resistance will rise and the MosFET will heat up, causing a voltage drop and may be destroyed.

Specifications:

  • Operating voltage: 3.5-5.4V
  • Current draw at no-load: 300nA (measured at 5V)
  • Output switching current: 10A (5V voltage test for 30 minutes)
  • Voltage drop: 130 mV (measured at 5V and 10A);

Included in delivery:

  • 1pc XL-10AL Single pole pushbutton bistable switch 3.5-5.4V 10A

Remark:

  • This product is not a standalone functional unit and may require professional installation.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only and may sometimes differ from the actual appearance of the item. However, this does not change its basic properties.
