LiION/LiPOL battery charger with integrated boost converter. You can use a solar panel as a charging source or a 5V source using a microUSB cable.

A short press of the button triggers the battery indication. A long press activates the 5V output on the LED+ and LED- terminals and simultaneously deactivates the power supply to the USB ports. Press the button again to deactivate the LED output. However, the power supply for the USB ports is not activated automatically and the button must be pressed briefly again to activate it. Two clicks of the button will illuminate the white LED on the board and at the same time activate the LED output. USB ports remain powered in this mode. Two short presses of the button will then turn off the white LED and the LED output.
