The SEN55-SDN-T from Sensirion integrates sensors for Particulate Matter (PM), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC index, indoor air quality in layman's terms), Relative Humidity (RH), Temperature (T), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and a microcontroller. The sensor communicates with your board (Arduino, ESP8266/ESP32, Raspberry Pi) via I2C.

Although the module is powered at 5V (±0.5V), the output is 3.3V compatible.

The module can measure particulate matter from 0.3 to 10um, temperature from -10 to 50°C, humidity from 0-90% RH, VOC index and NOx. The VOC index is a dimensionless number that indicates the quality of the indoor environment. Its calculation can take hours or days.

The VOC index value can be divided into three parts 0 - 99 clean air, 100 - 249 compliant air, above 250 poor quality air.

The SEL pin must be connected to GND before connecting the module to power.

The module is delivered without the connecting cable. The connecting cable must have a connector such as JST-GHR-06V-S
