    PWM MOSFET module F5305S 35VDC 5A, switching plus

    The IRF5305S MOSFET module is based on the IRF5305S P-FET transistor , which can be used to control the speed of DC motors, the brightness of powerful LEDs, heaters, etc.

    Thanks to PWM you can control the power of devices such as LED lights, DC motors, etc. The control signal connection is via a pin rail suitable for Dupont connectors.

    Je tento komponent vhodný na ovládanie čerpadla? Chcem tam zapojiť plavákový spínač aby som zabránil behu čerpadla nasucho keď by klesla hladina. Teda predpoklad je, že to bude bežať prakticky stále. Len teda čerpadlo má tabuľkovo odber 2A pri 12V, čo by ten plavák asi dlho neprežil (aj keď čerpadlu chcem dávať len okolo 6V)

    Dobrý den, to by s tímto modulem neměl být problém. V každém případě je nutné vždy otaestovat v reálných podmínkách.

    Dobry den, pouzity optoclen EL817 ma Vceo pouze 35V. Coz omezuze max. napeti zateze na tuto hodnotu. Lze vyresit vymenou za PC817B (K10101B), ktery ma Vceo 60V. (stejne pouzdro, v GME za 5,-)
