The UNO R4 WiFi clone has a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor at 48 MHz Renesas RA4M1. The older R3 had an 8-bit ATmega328 processor. The new R4 is 3-16x faster and offers more memory. The memory on R4 is 32 kB SRAM, 256 kB flash and 8 kB flash for data.

In addition, compared to the regular model, it has a second microprocessor in the form of ESP32-S3 with five pins of its own and the ability to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. In addition, there is a matrix on the PCB for a 12x8 pixel LED display.

Dimensions and connectors remain the same as R3. The new power supply can be supplied at 7-24 V via the power connector or 5 V via USB-C. In addition, the R4 has a new 12-bit DAC and CAN bus support.
