Universal programmer with USB-UART converter CH340 intended for uploading firmware (not only) to development kits LaskaKit.

Are you looking for a simple and inexpensive programmer - USB-UART converter - that you can use with your or our board with ESP or Atmel, then you should not overlook this one. The programmer is based on the well-known and tested CH340C chip. There is also a switch on the board that selects both the voltage on the VCC pin and the logic bus level. You can switch the switch to either 5V or 3.3V. With our programmer you also avoid the constant problem of finding the right cable. Either use a cable with a microUSB connector or USB-C - just whatever you have on hand.

The CH340 programmer has the same pinout as our Arduino IDE programmable development boards. But you can also use it separately with your board or another vendor's board. The programmer has three indication LEDs - the first one indicates the connected power supply, the second one the communication on the RX and the third one the communication on the TX line of the UART bus. The maximum output current is 500mA, which is enough current to power various boards from Arduino to boards with ESP32 or ESP8266.

In addition to the UART bus and power supply, the DTR and RTS pins are also available on the connector and are commonly used to switch the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules of the ESP32 and ESP8266 to bootloader mode.
