Product detailed description

This module uses ST L298N chip, good driving ability, low temperature, strong anti-interference ability. Power up to 46V. Current can reach up to 3A MAX, longer term 2A, 25w. It can drive one 2-phase stepper motor, one 4-phase stepper motor or two DC motors. The module has a built-in 5v stabilizer, when using 7-35V voltage, this power supply is suitable for power supply, but it is better to use external 5V power supply if the motor power supply exceeds 12V.

Connection:

  • IN1, IN2 - motor control 1
  • IN3, IN4 - motor control 2
  • ENABLE A - activation of motor 1 (if not used leave the jumper on PCB)
  • ENABLE B - activation for motor 2 (if not used leave the jumper on PCB)
  • OUT1, OUT2 - motor 1 wiring
  • OUT3, OUT4 - wiring motor 2
  • +12V - power supply for both motors
  • +5 V - power supply for module logic
  • GND - ground

Regulace motorku je OK, jen šroubky ve svorkovničkách někdo asi utahoval kladivem...

Koupil jsem s krokovým motorem NEMA 17 17HS4401 a nezdá se, že by si rozuměli. Při nižích otáčkách (pod 80 rpm) začne motor drnčet. Na osciloskopu je pak vidět, že se mírně deformovaný pulz začne štěpit. Nedokážu posoudit, jestli je problém v motoru nebo v regulátoru. Při nízkých otáčkách odebírá motor proud cca 2,7 A, při vyšších otáčkách o ampér méně.
