Frequency converter 240V 1.5kW RS485

Product detailed description
The frequency converter-based controller is the only option for speed control of asynchronous motors that are not equipped with the ability to change speed from the factory. These asynchronous motors are the most commonly used motors in various applications. This controller also allows to control the speed of motors with a start-up capacitor without modifying the wiring of such a motor. It even allows the removal of this capacitor and the operation of the motor only by controlling the controller. The motor must then be connected to the controller with three wires.
The motor control is done by buttons on the controller panel and the speed of rotation by the potentiometer there. Furthermore, the controller supports connection of an external potentiometer and external digital signals, to whose current state the controller can react. It can also be controlled over the RS485 industrial bus.
It must be remembered that if the engine speed is lower than the rated speed during regulation, the removal of waste heat from the engine is impaired in self-ventilated engines! It is therefore necessary to provide proper cooling afterwards or to run the engine at low load. At speeds higher than the rated speed, this problem does not occur.
