3D printing from natural wood

Spectrum WOOD is a material for 3D printing based on pure PLA mixed with natural wood particles. Spectrum WOOD fibre is a 100% organic and biodegradable product. Objects made of this material have a texture reminiscent of particleboard in addition to the appearance of wood.

The material has a unique quality: not only does it look like wood, but it also feels like real wood because it contains natural wood in its composition. Finished prints can be varnished and mechanically finished. Another characteristic feature is the specific smell of wood emitted during the additive manufacturing process using this material.

As the product contains natural wood, each batch may vary slightly in colour, as in nature.
