Filament Spectrum PA6 Low Warp

Tough and abrasion resistant

Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an extremely durable polycaprolactam-based construction material enhanced with additives to reduce the high shrinkage inherent in the processing of such materials. One of the most important properties of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp are: resistance to fuel and oil, high impact toughness and very good mechanical properties.

The improved cohesiveness of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp allows for a significant reduction of the "wave" effect (especially in the corners of the printed model). The reduction in this negative effect is related to the low manufacturing shrinkage of 0.3%.

The additives used in the manufacture of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp make it a self-lubricating material, so it is possible to use the manufactured parts in applications where friction occurs. In addition, the printed elements will have good electrical insulation properties and will also exhibit physiological indifference.

In order to achieve the very attractive properties of Polyamide Low Warp from a technical point of view, the basic rules of storage of these materials must be observed (in dry and dark conditions with humidity below 15%). To achieve the best printed object parameters, it is recommended to dry the material before processing.
