Excellent solubility in cold water

AquaPrint is a water-based carrier material designed for complex multi-extrusion 3D printing. AquaPrint boasts a flow rate almost four times higher compared to PVA-based support fibres and reduces dissolution time in water by half. However, a unique feature of AquaPrint is its exceptional adhesion to a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, PA and TPU, offering twice the bond strength compared to PVA.

AquaPrint exhibits excellent cold water solubility and exceptional thermal stability. It can be printed at lower temperatures, making it an ideal carrier material and providing excellent adhesion.

AquaPrint has greater structural rigidity compared to other support fibres, especially PVA. This feature greatly improves the transfer of material from the extruder to the Hot End, especially with Bowden extruder systems. This robust structural integrity also allows for the creation of solid supports, resulting in an excellent final finish on your 3D printed pieces.

Users with dual extruder 3D printers can seamlessly combine AquaPrint with different materials thanks to its direct print configuration. Once printing is complete, AquaPrint's biodegradability allows for responsible disposal via standard wastewater receptacles (in accordance with local regulations).
Using AquaPrint as a water-soluble carrier material enables 3D printing of complex structures, including those with moving parts, all in one piece and with exceptional quality.
