The Didital length gauge is used wherever length measurement is required, e.g. in the textile, paper industry and in the production process of cables, wires, tubes, belts. The length sensor uses a reversible photoelectric sensor, which overcomes the defects of mechanical measuring equipment with low accuracy and low lifetime caused by mechanical wear. It has a much higher accuracy than mechanical sensors - it achieves an accuracy of up to 0.2%, has stable performance and is highly resistant to interference.

Thanks to the large range of configurations, measuring wheels of almost any diameter can be used on the distance sensor. The supplied evaluation and display module enables automatic length counterbalancing and can directly intervene in the production process via two output relays. The relay switching criteria can be set in the instrument.
