Unsatisfied with your order? Want to return it within 30 days? Or is it damaged or you'd like to exchange it for another product? No problem!

Please note that all returned or exchanged items must be undamaged, show no signs of use, and be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect it and send either a refund to your bank account or the requested new product as soon as possible.
Consumer Complaint
Most of our products are covered by a 24-month warranty. The specifics are outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We are committed to providing excellent customer service for returns and exchanges. We handle all valid complaints promptly and efficiently. You don't have to worry about waiting the statutory 30 days for a resolution. We resolve most complaints within 5 days.
Damaged Shipment During Transport
In very rare cases, the carrier may damage the shipment or the shipment may arrive incomplete. We will resolve any problems with the carrier and compensate for any damages in justified cases. However, it is always necessary for you to inform us about any damage to the shipment within 24 hours of receipt! Please use the complaint form above. Attach photos of the damaged goods.
