Water turbidity sensor TS-300B

The sensor uses the optical principle to determine the turbidity value of the solution. Inside is a sensor based on the principle of infrared light barrier. When light passes through a controlled liquid, the amount of light transmitted depends on the degree of contamination. The more contaminated the liquid, the less light is transmitted. The sensor receives the light from the transmitter and converts the intensity of the transmitted light to the corresponding magnitude of the current passing through the sensor.
The turbidity sensor module converts the actual sensor signal output to a voltage signal for data processing by the ADC. The module has analog and digital output interfaces. The analog output can be sampled by the ADC of the microcontroller to determine the actual pollution value. The digital output can be set by a potentiometer on the module. When the turbidity reaches the set threshold, the D1 indicator lights up, the digital output of the sensor module changes from high level to low level.
