Bluetooth module JDY-33 TTL

Allows the device to send and receive TTL data via Bluetooth interface. The module is compatible with the HC-06 module, it has only two extra pins - STATE and PWRC.
The STATE pin is the output of the module state - if the bluetooth is not connected to the other side, the output is L(0V), if it is connected, the output is H(3,3V). The PWRC pin is used to provide a supply voltage of 1.8-3.3V, without the need for an internal regulator - this is suitable for designs with a single supply voltage of 1.8-3.3V.

Power should be applied to only one pin, either PWRC or VCC. Applying power voltages to both pins at the same time could damage both the Bluetooth module and the connected device.

The supply voltage on the VCC pin of the module can be between 3.6 and 5 V and is board stabilized for the circuitry. Input voltages higher than 7 V will destroy the module.

The input and output signal level when powered by VCC pin is 3.3V, when working with a microcontroller powered by 5V, the levels need to be adjusted. If the PWRC pin is used for power supply, the IO levels are according to the voltage used - 1.8-3.3V and therefore do not need to be adjusted.

The module works with Windows, Android, Mac OS and in BLE mode with Iphone.
